While there are other Boulder real estate brokers and Boulder real estate agents that serve other communities like Golden, Broomfield, and Louisville to name a few...none promote value home buying and low commissions the way that we do.
Some refer to us as a “discount REALTOR®”. The fact is, we are neither discount, nor a REALTOR®. A discounter would be one who would does everything a full service traditional real estate agent does, but only for less. We are not a full service real estate provider in the sense that we are not covering all traditional functions from A to Z. With Buyers’ Slice Realty, you are really only paying for our expertise and diligence relative to the offer, paperwork, and closing. Sure, we can help with the home search, but we are relying on our clients to do the heavy lifting on the front end... identifying the properties that are of real interest.
And a REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. We have chosen not join that organization, in part, to keep our overhead as low as possible...so that there are more savings to pass along to you! Having said that, Tommy Lorden, our Managing Broker, is a Colorado licensed real estate broker...just as many REALTORS® are. So while you don’t have to be a REALTOR® to be licensed as a real estate professional by the State of Colorado...you do have to be a licensed in the realty profession in order to apply for REALTOR® membership.
