Yes and No. Typically a real estate agent is required to get inside to see a home that is listed for sale, but you don’t have to “have” one in particular in terms of having an established, formal relationship with a singular real estate broker or brokerage team. Any agent can show you a home! In other words, you shouldn’t have to hire an agent to see a home.
