Details of the Deal

The exact amount of money you can receive depends on these factors:

  1. The amount of commission we receive. Listing agents typically offer around 2.8% of the purchase price, but it varies. We will verify what this amount is before you make an offer. You would be getting a percentage of whatever percentage we receive.
  2. The size and type of the deal. Our base rebate is 50% for single-family residences that go under contract for $200,000 and more. For luxury homes (over $1,000,000), our base rebate is 66%. For all other deals, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
  3. The geographic location of the property and/or the closing. Our base rebates only apply to property in the Denver-Boulder Metro area. While we are licensed in the entire state of Colorado, and will travel, you'll have to contact us to determine how we may be of service to you in other areas.
  4. The number of showings that you need us to attend. Because our ability to rebate a substantial portion of the commission to you is based on our ability to keep costs down, the rebate amount that you are eligible for may be reduced depending on the number of showings that you require. We'll review the details in person.
  5. The success of the closing. The deal has to close in order for you to receive the rebate.
