How To Get Started

  1. You need to evaluate the various brokerage options that are available to you, and determine which one you require. We work exclusively with buyers in a transaction broker capacity, so if you need seller or buyer agency services, you would be referred to an outside licensee.

If you would like more information on the brokerage options, the State of Colorado provides documentation that defines these different working relationships in form DD25-9-08: "Definitions of Working Relationships". Click here to download a .PDF version the form. You do NOT need to return this form to us; we are providing it merely for informational purposes.

In the event we mutually decide to pursue a formal relationship, we will provide a document titled "Brokerage Disclosure to Buyer-Tenant" for your review and execution.

  2. We need to talk live to better assess your situation. Completing our Intake Questionnaire prior to our conversation will help greatly. Please note that the Intake Questionnaire is NOT intended to elicit confidential information about your needs, motivations, and/or qualifications-so please do not provide that sort of information at this point.

Click here to download the Intake Questionnaire as a Microsoft Word document.

  3. We will each decide whether of not a formal relationship makes sense. If it does, we'll ask you to sign the required disclosure, and we'll look to execute an agreement that defines each of our responsibilities. The agreement would be comprised of the Exclusive Right-To-Buy Contract promulgated by the State of Colorado and an Addendum designed to capture the unique aspects of our services. Once the necessary paperwork is completed, you're off and running to find the best property for you!...without a nagging agent putting pressure on you.

NOTE: We are happy to meet fact to face at any time. Having said that, it is not required at the outset. If you desire to meet live, we suggest waiting until after you receive our contract proposal. That way, we'll each be more sure of your interest in the services that we provide, and we'll have the opportunity to work out any issues with that agreement in a face to face setting.

So what are you waiting for? Call or email us with any questions. Or just return the Intake Questionnaire to us to get the ball rolling!

Please note that while we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, or familial status, we may occasionally need to decline business due to workload capacity, scheduling conflicts, or other limitations on our ability to professionally represent you.
