How It Is Done
- You do the majority of work in finding the property. We'll
run listings for you, and our Resources and Search pages provide
some helpful information and links, but you are free to use any
resource you choose to find the right area and property for you.
You'll identify your needs and capabilities, select the best location
for you, scour the listings, do drive-bys, and ask the right questions
to determine if the property is right for you.
- As to seeing properties that you're interested in, we will talk about the options when we meet, but ultimately, you can do showings with listing agents or us depending on your preference, status, and situation.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you secure a representation agreement with a broker like us before seeing homes, but if you are the type who prefers to call listing agents directly (about one of their online listings), please call us to discuss some potentially important implications before doing that.
- Once you are ready to make an offer, we will:
