How It Is Done
- You do the majority of work in finding the property. We'll
run listings for you, and our Resources and Search pages provide
some helpful information and links, but you are free to use any
resource you choose to find the right area and property for you.
You'll identify your needs and capabilities, select the best location
for you, scour the listings, do drive-bys, and ask the right questions
to determine if the property is right for you.
- As to needing to see property that you're interested in, we'll
recommend a multi-step approach that keeps our time down so that
we can pass along the savings to you. We'll discuss the details
of the approach when we meet, and it will include the opportunity
to participate in private showings. One important note of caution
we will reinforce here is that if you ever find yourself dealing
directly with a listing agent, at an open house or anywhere else,
it's critically important that you tell the listing agent that
you are represented by us. If you don't, neither of us may be
entitled to part of the commission.
- Once you are ready to make an offer, we will:

Provide you with comparable sales information in the area
to help you find the right number to offer; and |

Communicate, explain, and coordinate offers and counter-offers.

- If an agreement is reached, we will walk you through the closing
process, and attend the closing to ensure your deal gets done
right.
