You are obviously free to use whatever resources you want to search for property. As to online options, some people rely on independent sites like www.trulia.com and www.zillow.com. However, if you are searching in Northern Colorado (including the Denver-Boulder or Fort Collins markets), www.ColoProperty.com is much preferred. Because this site is run for the public by the Multiple Listing Service that we subscribe to, it's listing are more accurate. In addition, you can view up to 18 pictures per home, and even take virtual tours in some cases.

NOTE: The "I'm interested" links on listings lead to the listing agent. We'll provide some guidelines on how to interact with listing agents when we meet for the first time, but allow us to reinforce one important note of caution here: if you ever find yourself dealing directly with a listing agent, at an open house or anywhere else, it's critically important that you tell the listing agent that you are represented by us. If you don't, neither of us may be entitled to part of the commission.

Finally, we'll discuss a resource called MySite for you. It is a custom webpage that we set up which can search for new listings daily and alert you of matches with an email.
