Maybe I should get used to this title…two different Colorado home buyers recently said I came to mind as a “discount real estate agent”. I don’t think of myself as a discounter…I am not doing all the work for less. I am not doing all of the work…that is why I provide commission rebates, or buyer rebates, for my clients along the Front Range of Colorado.
One, super excited to find me, asked how I do it. For one, as a one person brokerage, I am “the house”….no cuts to send upstairs. Two, I keep my overhead very low.
